			TiEnergy, LLC was formed in 2002 to provide strategic product collection, destruction and disposal services to the nations publicly traded railroads. Over the past four years we have worked on cross tie stockpile management with the following railroads:   • DM&E Railroad in Minnesota   • DM&E Railroad in North Dakota   • DM&E Railroad in South Dakota   • Burlington Northern Railroad   • Union Pacific Railroad In June 2002, we entered an agreement with the Union Pacific railroad to provide integrated cross tie services for a seven state Midwest area. It is projected that we will process in excess of 1,000,000 cross ties annually under this contract. TiEnergy provided point of service removal of discard cross ties with environmentally consistent disposal of materials at co-generation incineration plants located strategically throughout the Midwest. We do not discard materials containing creosote materials in landfills that cannot safely insure no leaching of these into ground water.
